Returns & Exchanges
At Ergoworks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic setup. If a product doesn't perfectly fit your workspace, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Ergoworks account, locate your order history, and select the 'Return/Exchange' button next to the relevant item to receive your RMA number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Place the item back in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories included to ensure it arrives safely at our inspection center.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
